Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the EU. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and pack your order, followed by 3–10 business days for delivery, depending on your destination. Every order ships with full tracking, and you'll receive tracking details by email once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not eligible for refund or compensation of shipping costs.

For orders shipped outside the EU, any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs handling fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total and must be settled directly with the carrier or customs authority before delivery.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be amended or cancelled. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable — for example due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs charges, or repeated failed delivery attempts — a reshipping fee may apply, or the order value may be refunded minus original shipping and handling costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your frames. If something isn't quite right, you may return your order within 14 days from the day it arrives for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, frames must be returned unworn, free from scratches or signs of use, and in their original case with all packaging, cloths and inserts intact. Returns that arrive damaged, incomplete, or showing signs of wear may be refused or refunded at a reduced value at our discretion.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service — we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit before they reach us.

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within a few working days. Original outbound shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Warranty

Every Valdener frame is covered against genuine manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for 90 days from the day your order is delivered. Within this window, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected frame at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or damaged lenses, accidental damage, loss, or damage caused by improper use, cleaning or storage. Frames that have been altered, adjusted or repaired outside of Valdener are no longer covered.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
