Less, but better.

Valdener started the way most small things do — over a long lunch, between two friends who couldn't find a single pair of glasses they wanted to wear every day. Frames that worked at the beach and at the desk. Considered, but never loud.

So we set out to make the pair we'd been looking for. We sketched on napkins, then on paper, then in the studio. We borrowed shapes from the European coast we grew up around — clean lines, warm metals, an old-money restraint that doesn't try too hard.

We're still small. We don't chase seasons or trend cycles. Every frame we release is one we wear ourselves, refined until it feels like it's always been there.
